The fulfilment MI team at The Very Group have created intelligent real-time productivity reporting utilising business and operational data paired together to give stakeholders access to live colleague and automation performance.

The reporting uses intuitive visuals to allow management to optimise workflow and performance in an automated warehouse to increase throughput, overall productivity, and act as performance tool for managers and colleagues.

This is a fully in-house built solution and since implementation has improved overall productivity by 11%.

Given its success, the tool is now being rolled out across all high-throughput areas of the distribution centre.
