Aurora Insights offers a subscription service for each channel, with varied pricing depending on the number of users. If you would like to subscribe, please click the cart icon on the taskbar. 

In summary, our data is carefully extracted from an extensive, private pool of information and as a result, provides insights that are unavailable elsewhere; in a convenient, time-saving way.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and will have access to the Knowledge Hub content until the date your subscription was set to renew.

Yes, we are offering a 3-month free trial period for new users if you sign up before the 31st of March.

If you would like to buy a report already published by Aurora Insights, you can purchase it on the ‘Reports’ page. 

 

If you would like to purchase an ad-hoc consultancy report, please email research@aurorainsights.co.uk. These reports are available upon request, are tailored to your needs, and priced individually.

Once you purchase the report, it will be available for immediate download as a PDF.

Account

There is a password reminder link beneath the log-in box on the home and channel pages. If you don’t receive the email please contact: admin@aurorainsights.co.uk.

All information is privately stored and unable to be shared with 3rd parties.

You can update your password on the My Account page.

To update your profile information, go to My Account.

Billing

When registering, you’ll have the option to select either monthly payments or an annual payment.

You can use debit, credit card or automatic payments from your nominated bank account. 

To update your billing information, go to My Account > Billing.

All fees and charges are clearly outlined at the point of purchase.

If you miss a payment, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will be sent an email reminder to update your payment information.

To view your billing history, head to My Account > Membership.

To cancel your subscription, head to My Account > Membership.
