Road to Logistics

Road to Logistics are a not-for-profit, established by a group of logistics professionals, to tackle talent shortage in our industry.

We do this by providing fully funded training with a direct pathway into jobs in the sector, to non-mainstream individuals and with the goal of improving diversity and inclusion in logistics with the over-arching aim of creating larger talent pools for the logistics sector to feed from, and to make our industry more attractive and accessible to a broader spectrum of people.
