GO-HI and Motability delivering Mobility Credits

The Go-Hi Mobility as a Service (MaaS) app puts access to multiple transport operators across multiple modes of transport all into one app, simplifying access to mobility.

The app allows the user to plan, book, pay and receive tickets for mobility across dozens of transport providers in the Highlands region. For the Motability initiative, Motability customers were invited to apply to receive ‘Mobility Credits’, a £ amount which could be used in the Go-Hi app to buy access to mobility, such as train tickets, bus tickets, ferry tickets or taxi rides.

The project recently won an award at The Scottish Transport Awards in the Excellence in Accessibility category.
