Unfortunately in the past for some, the logistics industry wasn’t considered a very nice place to work.

Conditions for workers haven’t always been as good as they could be.

This causes difficulty attracting Team Members to the world of logistics that we love, with many young people opting to join businesses and industries considered more dynamic, exciting and caring. However, 2023 saw Staci make real change, become the UKs best Large Logistics Employer and inspire over 3,000 children to see life in the logistics industry in a better light. Staci wants logistics to be an amazing place for great people - both young and the less young alike. From launching partnerships with local schools to educate about logistics, investing £60,000 in young persons charities to create more opportunities in life and work for them, opening a flexible working scheme to attract those previously unable to commit to restricted shifts, and investing in treat days and an incredible amount of training programmes - we’re helping change the average engagement rate in the industry, even at a time of incredible growth!
