Developing and executing People strategy for Supply Chain Team Export & License

In 2023, we successfully created and implemented an Export and License Supply Chain (ELSC) People Plan, which significantly improved team engagement.

Our focused actions fostered a better working environment, enabling us to achieve our strategic priorities.

The positive impact of these efforts was evident in our E&L Supply Chain team engagement results, collected in Autumn 2023.

Key highlights included: an 8% increase in overall engagement, a 14% increase on Manager Effectiveness and a 64% increase in Employee Net Promoter Score compared to 2022 results. These metrics demonstrate the success of our initiatives in enhancing team engagement and effectiveness.
