SnapControl, a multi-agent orchestration platform (MAO) from Synergy Logistics, is a breakthrough in warehouse automation.

SnapControl serves as a device agnostic bi-directional communication layer between the warehouse management system and all warehouse devices, including AMRs, ASRS, conveyors, packing machines, etc.

It orchestrates the prioritisation of inbound, outbound and replenishment workflows, automatically allocates tasks, evaluates which robotic devices and technologies best match specific operations, and enables data capture to assess the value each device yields.

The solution also allows for buffer creation to delay tasks, exception management, and real-time switchover if devices are damaged or unavailable.

The unique features of SnapControl are set to revolutionise warehouse automation.

The first SnapControl implementation occurred in the US at high-end interior design brand, McGee & Co.

To achieve their goals of warehouse automation in a much larger facility, McGee & Co.

chose to utilise AMRs from 6 River Systems and packaging machine technology provided by Packsize.

then implemented both SnapFulfil WMS and SnapControl, giving them the flexibility to use their preferred automation devices from different vendors, while still managing them from one centralised source.

The entire implementation of robotic devices and software was completed in less than 60 days!
