John Lewis, Hai Robotics & Logistex

Hai Robotics, in collaboration with Logistex, has revolutionized John Lewis & Partners’ (JLP) warehouse operations in Milton Keynes with a state-of-the-art automation project.

The implementation features 60 HaiPick A42TD robots and 7 HaiPort buffer stations, optimizing a 14,000 sqm area.

The HaiPick A42TD robots, renowned for their 10m high picking capability and double-deep reach, significantly enhance storage density by up to 300%.

Meanwhile, the HaiPort stations facilitate rapid and efficient multi-case loading and unloading, boosting operational throughput.

This project not only exemplifies innovative integration and seamless collaboration between technology providers and retail giants but also sets a new benchmark for warehouse efficiency and scalability.
