JFC, experts in sustainable and affordable indoor hydroponic vertical farming, created this product and partnered with IPL to make the revolutionary vertical farming tray.

IPL Plastics manufactures vertical farming trays and plastic components at its Rotherham site using recycled materials from the IPL Brightgreen recycling facility.

With the development of a new 14,900m2 site (JFC2), this growing capacity will increase by 300%.

A new layout of the site allows for further automation improvements, allowing direct to retailer fresh produce processing to be streamlined.

The JFC2 site will go live in mid-July 2023, followed by JFC3, 4 & 5 in the following years.

A collection of products and services are being re-evaluated and developed as part of the JFC2 project to increase the efficiency, footprint, throughput, and value creation of Vertical Farming sites.
