Ellie Allday (Ligentia)
With a First-Class Honours degree in hand from the University of Leeds, I joined Ligentia’s Technology Graduate Programme and quickly discovered my love for data and how it can be applied to help people.
After joining the Automation team, I used my expertise to advocate Automation both internally and externally.
I aspire to spread awareness about how Automation can help people reclaim time for value-added tasks and show that it isn’t about replacing humans with robots, but rather allowing employees to do their job better.
Through hard work, I have witnessed a significant shift in mindset.
Our team has consistently improved leading to 45,000 successful transactions already this year.
I have taken on various initiatives to promote both diversity and the power of automation.
Earlier this year, I founded Ligentia Women in Tech, an employee-led community of like-minded professionals at Ligentia seeking to build a strong sense of community.
As founder, I have organised quarterly events comprising of interactive activities and guest speakers.
Alongside this commitment, I run weekly knowledge sharing sessions to incubate collective learning.
My commitment to supporting a vibrant tech community has been rewarding and I strive to establish myself as a leader in the industry.
