BSG Robotics (Bournemouth School for Girls)

BSG Robotics Club, an all-girls robotics club, is delighted to be considered for the ”Inspiring the Next Generation” category.

Our club’s mission has been to create a supportive and inclusive space for young women to excel in robotics and automation.

In our first year, BSG Robotics achieved remarkable success, securing three national awards and gaining recognition as UK runners-up in two additional categories.

Beyond competition achievements, we have actively engaged in a range of impactful outreach activities.

Our dedicated members have conducted robotics and coding sessions in local primary schools, inspiring younger students.

BSG Robotics also takes pride in supporting teams in our region, helping to expand robotics competition participation for the next season.

We believe in the power of collaboration and regularly connect with other teams to share ideas and expertise, fostering a thriving community of young roboticists.

Through our commitment to empowering the next generation, BSG Robotics aims to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a brighter future for young women in STEM.
