In our mission to enhance operational processes, we conducted a thorough market analysis to identify optimal automation solutions, ultimately selecting the Dexory warehouse intelligence platform for its robust features and user-friendly interface. The Dexory platform has revolutionised our stock management.

This autonomous mobile robot significantly reduced the need for stock controller resources, yielding substantial financial benefits and enabling personnel to focus on value-added tasks.

The implementation included reconfiguring racking labels and creating dedicated zones for non-system stock, ensuring seamless integration without disrupting Vodafone’s KPIs. The solution’s positive impact led to the achievement of 100% daily checks against the WMS within hours.
