Westbridge Foods

For a period of over eight years, Westbridge Foods has been a core customer of Seafast Logistics, with focus on handling its frozen food imports.

Continuous customer service improvements, in terms of dedicated account handlers, bespoke logistical solutions, and significant cost savings, have been employed by Seafast throughout the business relationship, culminating in the instigation of a specific project team dedicated to solving the client’s escalating unaccounted costs in early 2023.

This project was named “Project Janus”, Janus being the Roman god of beginnings and transitions.

This name reflects the evolving nature of the business relationship, and the secondment of Seafast personnel within the Westbridge organisation, further cementing the strategic partnership between the two companies.
