For many businesses, the documentation of maintenance and inspection processes is inefficient, and for most, the process of documenting maintenance and inspection data still requires the technician to enter their observations and findings as a separate process from the actual inspection procedure itself.

Voice-directed solutions are a real viable alternative to more traditional pen-and-paper maintenance and inspection documentation methods, thanks to both prompts being delivered, and operator responses provided through the spoken word.

Operators use a compact, wearable computer with a headset to receive instructions by voice.

The computer is connected to the host system over a wireless network, so operators are able to communicate directly with the host system to confirm their actions verbally back to the system in real time whilst working hands and eyes free.

It lessens the back-and-forth data entry and look up time on a laptop, handheld device, or paper form, helping to save time, ensure 100% industry compliance and dramatically improve productivity and efficiency levels throughout the entire enterprise.
