Trailer fill level monitoring

We used a 60GHz radar battery operated device to monitor the fill level of a trailer as it travels through it route to optimize travel, reduce O2 emissions, move full loads.

Sensor data is then transmitted via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to our asset tracker, which then relays the information to the cloud using NB-IoT connectivity.

The aggregated data is processed on our backend platform, providing actionable insights and enabling proactive management.Key features include alert triggers for fill level thresholds and door openings.

Additionally, this device offers video functionality for human presence detection to enhance security and prevent smuggling, though this feature currently lacks active deployment use cases.
