This groundbreaking project marked the debut of AGV Turret Trucks in the United States and set a global record as the largest deployment of Jungheinrich AGVs at the time. The new system significantly enhanced SIKA USA’s efficiency and accuracy in distribution.

Jungheinrich Transport AGV Trucks deliver pallets from inbound conveyers to the AGV Turret Trucks for storage.

When orders are ready to be shipped, the AGVs retrieve full pallets to be delivered to a ""goods to person” pick loop or directly to outbound conveyers.

Operational effectiveness soared as AGVs worked tirelessly, improving throughput and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
