ForSite is a transformative tool for warehouse planning and management.

Its first application, in proactive replenishment, makes 15 million decisions per minute, leveraging data like forecasts, promotions, activity profiles, order histories, seasonality and like products to predict SKU demand – then translates these insights into data-backed directives for operational leaders.

The tool’s 90%+ accuracy on a five-day horizon delivers meaningful value to our operational teams, who use its insights to not only replenish the pick field proactively, but also to optimize their inbound processing to divert “hot” SKUs directly into active pick, as well as to optimize their pick paths within the proactive replenishment process. Early implementations of ForSite AI’s proactive replenishment tool are creating 6-8% operating capacity at no additional cost for our customers, while generating meaningful efficiencies and planning insights.

We expect ForSite to deliver multi-million-dollar run-rate EBITDA savings per year going forward.
