Supply Chain Solutions is an internal distribution network for STARK Building Materials UK; distributing Timber, Panel and other related products into the Jewson branch network across England & Wales.

With locations based in Hull, Newport & Purfleet we import, warehouse, break-bulk and distribute to our group customers, ensuring they have stock on the ground for our end customer base which is small to medium sized builders.

We measure our service and listen to feedback – reacting or amending our offer as needed ensuring the customer experience of working with us is simple and easy for everyone involved, whilst also meeting the Group’s overall objectives.

Our operations are measured with daily & monthly KPI’s; Annual NPS surveys amongst other activities to ensure we capture every element of the business.

Over the last 12 months we have succeeded in implementing a reduction in customer credit notes; a significant improvement in NPS and growing the product portfolio – whilst ensuring the operation runs efficiently and smoothly.
