Selina Singleton

Selina Singleton is an young team leader at Pepsico, who displays great self awareness, drive to learn and ability to step up into leadership roles developing front line employees, peers and leaders in all aspects of the daily supply chain operation at Pepsico.

Her unique ability to hold people to account at the same time as keeping them informed and coaching them really builds a strong united team of operations.

As a young person in supply chain Selina has shown great self awareness and has actively gone out to improve her self capability ensuring she is ready for the next step up in her career journey.

Outside of work Selina has used her sporting background in both Rugby and Boxing to bring team mentality and discipline to maintaining the right standards ensuring the teams are always doing the right thing, achieving all main KPIs when in core role and stepping up into line leadership role.

Using her drive to do better supporting many charities through boxing matches, sky diving and rugby matches to do more for the community and those less fortunate to allow them to do better, showing the empathy and drive required to succeed in supply chain..
