To increase supply chain visibility and gain access to accurate data on the status of OTR customer deliveries - and ultimately improve the customer experience - Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit selected FourKites as its global supply chain visibility partner due to the company’s industry leadership, technical strengths of its platforms, and its team’s customer-service orientation.
FourKites’ visibility solution has delivered improved efficiencies, cost savings, and reduced manual workload for Henkel.
Additionally, actual time of arrival (ATA) data is available to Henkel in minutes vs hours, meaning service level measurements are more accurate.
FourKites’ solution has also delivered measurable efficiency improvements in dispute resolution and crisis management.
Nearly one million LTL and FTL shipments are projected to be tracked in 2023.
After a successful implementation in North America and Europe, Henkel plans to roll out FourKites in Latin America, India, and the remainder of Europe in 2023.
The company also has plans to add Asia Pacific, as well as ocean tracking.
