Hamandeep Kaur (Unipart Logistics)

Hamandeep joined Unipart as a graduate in 2019 and has accelerated her development journey over the last four years, combining her talent, determination and understanding of customer needs, with experience in operational and commercial roles, customer engagement and senior stakeholder management to progress to her role today as a Customer Account Manager.

Hamandeep stepped into this pivotal leadership role as a Customer Account Manager for Unipart Logistics earlier this year, and now manages operational and commercial relationships for seven key customers based out of Unipart’s flagship Oxford operations including blue chip businesses across multiple sectors.

Hamandeep’s passion lies in delivery of the customer strategy and places the end consumer at the heart of everything she does.

She demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills as evidenced through her client feedback, and has really thrived in a challenging, demanding and fast paced environment where her ambition and determination to deliver are combined with a positive, personable and can-do attitude.

As we continue to evolve the customer and client experience, Hamandeep’s levels of work professionalism shine through, from presentation creation and delivery, monitoring and managing of work packages but also the ability to focus on win:win for both the customer and Unipart.
