The transformation of the Fenwick Supply Chain & Logistics operations through a structured programme of change.
Driving improvements in customer cut off time, reduced levels of inventory, improved operational efficiency, increased levels of colleague satisfaction and use of technology to deliver a best practice solution.
The program consisted of a number of initiatives designed to enhance service, improve accuracy, reduce throughput lead times, ie dock to store, reduce cost and to maximise the use of the companies investment in inventory.
It would also look at the feasibility of implementing a “Single Site” approach either outsourcing or inhouse.
