My research involves integrating, co-design, novel hardware design with machine learning to create adaptable assistive devices.

I’ve secured significant funding, including from the EPSRC and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and adapted my research presentations for patient groups at the 2024 Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience open day. In my professional career so far, I’ve significantly contributed to Rolls-Royce by automating overhaul procedures for legacy engines, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

My engineering projects in Papua New Guinea and The Washing Machine Project have addressed critical needs in resource-limited settings. As the Lead of Women in Robotics UK, I have expanded our network by more than 165 members, secured substantial funding and partnerships, and developed impactful outreach programs.

My commitment to diversity, inclusion, and technical innovation is reflected in my achievements and leadership roles as described in my application.
