Savills aims to be the best forward-thinking provider of property management services, giving clients and end users the highest levels of service.

Savills offers property management expertise across all areas of real estate, at every stage of the development life cycle.

Savills manage a number of high profile properties across the City of London.

Completed in 2014 The Leadenhall Building is an iconic building on the London skyline.

At 224m high, it comprises 52 floors and 18 Occupiers mostly in the insurance and finance industries.

As Managing Agent, Savills manages the day-to-day running of the building and works with Occupiers and Service Partners to provide value, best-in-class insights and advice to help people to thrive through places and spaces. The Leadenhall Building loading bay receives deliveries on behalf of the Occupiers every day of the week.

This leads to congestion within the loading bay, and in the vicinity of the building. In partnership with The Leadenhall Building and Savills, CurbCargo has developed its innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to foster collaboration between co-located and neighbouring businesses, property managers, and city authorities with the aim of reducing urban freight, improving air quality and reducing Scope 3 emissions.
