The introduction of SAP IBP has ushered in a revolution in BMI’s approach to multi-level business planning, encompassing strategic, financial, sales, and operations planning across both long-term and mid-term horizons.

The transition to SAP IBP has harmonised business processes across diverse geographical regions, effectively eliminating the need for manual offline processes such as Excel-based planning.

By standardising its planning approach through a unified solution, BMI has harnessed the inherent benefits of a cloud-based system, capitalising on SAP’s continuous investments that introduce cutting-edge functionalities to the cloud through multiple release cycles each year.
