Amy Layland (Green Gourmet Ltd)

Since joining Green Gourmet in 2018 Katy hasn’t looked back and has been a committed and hardworking member of the team.

Initially joining on a temporary contract to pack samples, Katy quickly showed her enthusiasm and willingness to learn and be part of the Green Gourmet team and we saw per potential from day one.

Katy rapidly progressed from her initial temp role into her first permanent position as Supply Chain Assistant, supporting the day to day running of a busy operational team.

Katy soon fell in love with the world of supply chain, and within 12 months had completed her Level 3 CIPS Advanced Certificate in Procurement, Supply and Operations, passing with flying colours.

In 2020 she was promoted to Demand Planner, having demonstrated her exceptional ability in forecasting and planning.

Katy is a core member of our team and we are confident she will continue her success as she sets her sights on her next promotion to Supplier Relationship Manager.
