Achieving full automation in electrostatic powder coating processes

Through the innovative use of conveyors, hangers, and multiple spray heads, powder coating processes have been able to achieve a considerable degree of automation over the last several years, but human workers have still been necessary for the touch ups.

In partnership with Brandt, Nordbo Robotics was able to bring automation using their Mimic solution, which delivered consistency and automation to this integral step of the process.
